What is Lidocaine?
Lidocaine is an FDA approved medication that has a range of medical uses, including:
- pain management as a topical anesthetic
- treating heart arrhythmia
- treating pain associated with burns
- treating orthopedic pain
- decreasing pain associated with migraines
Lidocaine Injections
Lidocaine injections are commonly used as local anesthetics that block nerve signals (pain) from the body to the brain.
However, this is not the only use or form of Lidocaine available.
Through compounding pharmacy, we can create custom Lidocaine formulations that fit a patient’s unique needs, including the creation of topical pain creams, sterile Lidocaine injections, and other forms.
Compounding Lidocaine creams and topical gels can be a great alternative to oral medications used to treat pain.
Our compounding pharmacists can create formulations of different dosage strengths to client/physician specifications.
What Forms of Compounded Lidocaine Are Available?
Our pharmacists are experts, knowledgeable in the side effects and guidelines of use for Lidocaine and Lidocaine -based medications and will give you all of the information you need privately.
