Ask A Pharmacist Q&A Forum
The new site is a resource for critically examining information about modern health and wellness. One of the particularly noteworthy features of the site is the Q&A forum, with its “Ask a Pharmacist” feature, where site visitors can communicate with Matthew himself and get answers to their questions, as well as get tips from other site users.
Dietary Rehab Consulting
Through this new and exciting site, Dietary Rehab will be offering consulting services for clients who have become frustrated with the lack of results they have seen from following modern weight loss and health programs.
Special Health Programs
The Dietary Rehabilitation program is designed to give clients a way to reach their goals without taking pills, eating special foods or drinking diet shakes.
The Sports Performance package was developed for athletes who want to give themselves an edge to beat out their competition. It will help anyone perform at their maximum level, naturally. This program is appropriate for participants in all sports.
Dietary Rehab’s programs include an initial assessment for clients, along with an eating plan (if appropriate), supplements, consultations and unlimited e-mail support. Details of each plan are listed on the website.
Specialized Medications Through The Compounding Pharmacy Of America
Matthew has been working with his brother, Victor Poteet, Pharm. D., The Compounding Pharmacy of America’s Chief Executive Officer, and Casey Greene, Pharm. D., Pharmacy Manager.
Pharmacy compounding involves making specialized medications for patients. The ingredients are mixed together so that the patient receives the exact dosage level and/or strength they need.
This method is also used to personalize medicine for patients who need medicine delivered in a specific form to make it easier to take, such as a suspension liquid, gummie or topical gel.
Some patients need their medication flavored to make it more palatable, and our compounding pharmacists can provide this solution. They can also assist patients with allergies who need their medications provided without certain ingredients, like gluten, sugar, wheat or yeast.
